Mission Statement and Program Values
 
 
 
                Our mission is to provide a first class Major Midget Hockey Program experience in Central Nova Scotia.  The program objectives that we strive to fulfill in order to do this include:
 

1. Provide players with a first class on ice development program, in order to improve as both individuals, and a team.

 

2. Develop players as individuals, not just on the ice, but off of the ice as well.  Taking into consideration, education, health, and wellness, personal relationships, social skills, job related skills, and other various life skills.  Ensure that this is a positive life experience. 

 

3. Establish a strong relationship with surrounding communities through volunteering, and community involvement.

 

4. Strive for on ice excellence as a team, through learning, work ethic, and a positive attitude.

 

5. Carrying on the strong tradition of both on and off-ice success of the Weeks Major Midgets Hockey Program

 

6. Preparing our players to move on to a higher level of play, and to be successful while they are there.
